Huge Hello Everyone!

 

What an exciting day! My boys and I have been to see The Lorax!

  Honestly this is one of my all time beloved Bedtime stories that my dad read to me :)

  That I also read to my boys, Locklan was totally excited to be seeing The Lorax too,

I think ash was more excited To be just going to the cinema

 

I will be scrapped these photos for sure!

I wanted to all share with you all a couple of Photos of Justin and I @ the Vasse Art Awards

we were so happy to both have finished our entries and gotten them hung,

so exciting :) Great night, talk artsy and mingle :)

 

Also a quick share of a layout I created for BoBunnys April sketch challenge

I was a little surprised to find my BoBunnys stash Is at a serious low!?

I had to think a little more about how to use the 6x6 pad

But I'm pretty stoked with what I had come up with,

Now I have finally Caught on to the banner craze that is going on in the scrappen world, lol

Huge Hello Everyone!

Wow Wee! What a fun week!

With Easter weekend been and gone, the holidays have been well

on the way!

I wanted to share with a few pic's of the boys Easter Hunt :)

 

they loved it so much that the boys asked us to hide the eggs all

over again! like three times! now that's what i call getting my moneys worth...lol

 

I have been having a rest from study so each time i walk into the study room

I'm met by a desk covered by fimo and papers :)

super JOY!

I even been able to try out a few other challenges! YAY!

   

First i wanted to have a go at the Bi-monthly challenge at Charms Creations 

this challenge is on Super Stars

Using the Delish April Kit from A Piece of Cake Designs

I created this Layout...

"Life Sparkles Bright"

I also wanted to use the Bird is the Word challenge word

"Sparkle"

Used some more of My Eye Candy Magic Clouds - Fluffy

making them in all colours, they are so cute!...

Made a few new Love Bugs and some more pins :)

Also wanted to squeeze in another layout before work on starts again..

I popped over to 123 challenge

this months is the

Word - Believe

Colour - mint

Tech - Beads

I created this layout

"I Have Proof"

I really loved creating the wire and beads flourish :)

and so effective!

I used the Believe word in the journaling....

I Believe that dreams come true.....I Have Proof!

Worked out well

OK now i should get ready for work :)

Huge Hello Everyone!

Well i hope you all had a wonderful Easter weekend!

I sure you must of all had the Easter bunny drop by and your now

feeling a little bit over chocolate??

Or like myself just paced yourself...hehe

Well to my surprise i have found a few moments to make

some more fimo goodies :)

I have created some new pins and some cuties :)

Will be make them is a few more colours and planning some other goodies

for my first sale in a while for end of June 2012

From now on Eye candy Magic will be focused on Fimo Creations

as i have a total love affair with this playful clay :)

Still deciding weather to open my own Esty Store...

WOW WEE! totally blown away with this loves creative talent!

I created this Layout with A Piece of Cake Designs April Kit

 

married up with Purple Pumpkins Spotty button and

a few of my Eye Candy Magic Creations

Ash' has had a fascination with cars since he was able to crawl!
I think it may have something to do with the first movie he ever watched
Wiggles Big Red Car, he honestly LOVED that movie to death!

Now Ash' has the biggest Hot Wheels collection and he spends just about ever waking moment
playing with some sort of form of cars!

so happy to have been able to scrap these photos!
Ash's is often not looking into the camera, so this is one of those special shots
I will cherish :)


Now it's off to play with some more paper....i hope :)
Will get a  few hours of study in first and then reward myself with some colours :)

How Eggciting!

Just thought i would pop in and share a layout before the

 Easter Chocolate Craze hits!

I have to admit I AM! I LOVE Easter!

the hot cross buns, the yummy chocolate eggs! and the Joy of the kids on hunting!

even better than all this is the family all coming together to feast and catch up :)

So looking forward to this weekend, even if I'll be working most of it...lol

Huge Hello Everyone!!

And an HUGE CYBER Cuddle!

I missed you all !!

I have to say it';s been a little bit of Mayhem going on over here in my corner

of the universe...

Study is going hard, getting into all the big bad stuff and really oven the brain food,

even if it gives me a of gastro from time to time...lol!

Mostly been busy with work and study, so creative time has been taken over by

my first in a few too many years Art Project for The Vasse Art Awards...

So i have trying to squeeze in this Art work, and starting to think I'm almost done...

Would you like to see what i have created???

Well first i have to say i have always been into the mixed media side of Art

even before i was bitten by the Scrappen bug...

So drawing from my inspirations and the texture side of things

I have created

"Dreams Reality"

As you can see i have a few layers for my background,

and i really was inspired by the idea of dreams

your hearts desire

and As much as you have a dream you want to for fill

i takes a whole lot to let it out and i find even when you let it out

it could be only held onto by just a string,

anyone could come and cut that string with doubt...

So all in all i have to do her face again and pop some more finishing touches,

but i have to hand it in to the gallery on the 10th April,

have some pictures to share the opening night later next month :)

Coming to the end of the month i an excited that

A Piece of Cake Designs

will be coming out with a New Kit release for April!!!

I was so nervous, but super excited!!

I wanted to thank 4 of the most inspiration people in my life

first my Partner Justin for all his Love and Support

My Dad for always believing in me

My lecturer Mrs Sarah Lotze for teaching me the tools to succeed

and my most oldest and dearest friend...caffeine :P

speaking about caffeine, i think i need a refill!...lol
