Hopping into a Bobunny challenge!

Huge Hello Everyone!

 Just wanted to get a quick post up with a couple of Bobunny

challenge i had squeezed in today :)

between all the taking photos and organizing kits for

my first ever blog handmade eye candy sale on May 1st!

thats only two sleeps away!

so exciting!

what eles that is exciting is that i got to try out the Bobunny challenge

this week, stiching and stamping!

to easy to be inspired over on their blog,

so i hopped into my Bo Bunny Collection

and had a whirl! :)

this  is my layout, My Super Heros!

  oh the boys totally had me grabbing the camera as they began to be little super heros :)

the funny thing was that they started saying that everything was super...lol

like Super lockie and super Ash are going to super fly ...lol

then Ash got a little more creative and said he had to go for a super wee!...ROFL!

totally cute! totally Super Cute!...lol

i also thought i would give the  Tuesday card sketch challenge at Bo Bunny a go too

as the sketch was just what ticked my fancy :)

 

well now with a little time to burn i thing i will go and create a challenge of my own

for all of you who want a chance to win

some of my Handmade Eye candy!

Only 4 more days!

Huge Hello Everyone!

well only 4 more days till my blog sale and i'm getting excited to see your

comments on the different eye candy i have been creating!

i'm a bit suprised myself of how many differne things i've made

in such a little time...my therapy time as my dad puts it...lol

here is a little sneak peek of what i've been creating the past week

gone a little crazy with felt...lol

some yummy felt buttons

sleepy clouds and a moon made of cheese

some bright funky felt flowers

Earthy tones kit

Dancing Rainbow kit :)

i just can't help playing in the brights!

I'm still haven more ideas with combining fimo and felt :) but that will be next months

exploration creations :)

Also on the 1st of May there will be a new Challenge blog opening their first Challenge!

Emerald Faires Garden Challenge Blog!

which i'm very excited and proud to be a Emerald faires Lady :)

so you must pop in and see the challenge and see what i came up with too inspire you to have a go!

as well as the other ladies creations that will blow your mind!...hehe just a

little excited..hehe

Now i would love to share with you a layout that i created today,

totally thrilled i finally got to do a layout!

i wanted to try out a Kaisercraft sketch cause it has been a while

since i have had a go with their Saturday sketch, which i love!

i have choosen to work with Aprils sketch #3

so using the After Five collection and some very niffty idea of painting

masking tape and stamp over it

with Kaisercraft Pennyworth stamps

i came up with this layout...

as you can see i have used my all time fav colours!

one of the fantastic things about working with Black and white papers is you can

choose what ever colours you want tot work with!

also using some of my darling friends crochet flowers too!

which i will be selling as well in a couple more days!

Well now to get back to puting kits together and taking photos!

got to get ready for the 1st of May!

so exciting! :)

YAY! Hoildays are here!

Huge Hello Everyone!

OMG! seriously i'm super excited about the Hoildays!!

i've got to get some bunny ears to help me go hopping crazy over my hoildays!...lol

as well as get some sweet photos of the boys!

any way! got to get right into the creative side of things today,

i'm super excited to have convinced one of my friends to do some flower for my blog sale,

try as she may, many many times to teach me to crochet it just ends in tears and wine...lol

so she thought it just may be easier for her just to make them for me...lol

she is a total darling and i loe her to bits for letting me add these sweet little

 creations to my yummy eye candy line up!

here are a few of them with a few flowers i made today

also got to thank my partner justin for painting this canvs rainbow for me too!

he did try to do a little stiching for me and just couldn't ...lol

he says it's just too girly..lol

anyways with this lovely bright canvas i'll make some yummy flowers and buttons!!

felt sun is going to part of a whimsical/rainbow kit :)

cause i honestly think that

Felt + Flowers+Fimo =FUN!...lol

we'll see :P

Also very stoked to get a couple of challenges don too!

got on too the Get Picky's sketch this month??

How joy is this sketch! you just have to give it a go!

I used some lovely photos from MArch when Sara (justin's sister) came

 to visit with her lovely little bubba girl! how sweet is her out fit!

love the red with poka dots!

using the echo park just for the record collection! 

so yummy!

the background pp is from Making memories

there is those lovely bottle caps again!...lol

can't wait to see whom is going to buy some of these little vintage numbers :)

Next i wanted to try out Anna Craft cupboard monthly sketch

   

Kept this one fairly simple as i just want the photos to tell the story :P

using the Cosmic Cricket on the road collection.

Oh almost forgot to show you what i came up with on the weekend from Scrap therapy!

Deb was saying a great way to use up your little scraps was to create a background

from the little cut offs...find details here

so with her example in mind i set off to use up some of my scraps from the welcome home collection

from Teresa Collins

I thought i would take this one step more and use up some more scraps

and make a cover for a cheap exercise book

just added a load of zigzag stiching ...not bad, if i do say so my self...lol

can you tell i have a thing about rainbow?!...lol

got to love scraps! lol

well chickie babes! it's the first week of the Holidays and i hope you all enjoy your kid lids and find some time to be creative even if it's just creating a mess with the kids! :D

Got to love a challenge!

Huge Hello Everyone!!

Well it's lovely time of the week SUNDAY!

so i'm hping to try out a coulpe of challenges i've been collecting

so cross my fingers my boys let me get some done...lol

Also very speacil day today it's my Big Sisters 40th Birthday!

OMG! i always think of her as 26 and always 26!

a bit of a shock when i turned 27 this year, had a giggle about finally being

old than she is...lol

I love my sister too bitz! i'm one of those lucky younger siblings that

loves both her Big Brother and Big Sister! and they feel the same...well at least thats

what they have lead me to believe...lol

we with that in mind i really wanted to do a speacil card,

so with Deb's Creation New Release of

Emerald Faires!

i wanted to use the lovely stamp of

Kenz and Tilly!

as that pretty much sums up how i feel about my Big Sis

 How sweet is this stamp! totally melts your heart!

i love Deb's Creations shop!

i love her beautiful roses! and this awesome Cosmic mist!

like Glimmer mist but more Glimmery! and cheaper!

i also did a mist over my white lace i got form Deb's Creations

to suit the colour combo i was working with and it's all shimmery!

so lovely! 

Also was inspired by all the lovely creations during the Blog Hop

One challnege is to create a Mothers Day Card! so i thought i could give this a go, with mothers day

just around the corner and all as well as trying out a very niffty templete,

cause i'm still a big beginner in the card department...lol

so i really wanted to use Kayla and Twinkle stamp

with some lovely Basic grey papers

how sweet is this stamp! totally sweet!

and love this template! so cool!

thought this sketch would be perfect for some feeding Duck photos i took last Sunday Morning

  so i just made the sketch a little smaller and poped some clouds in to give

that outdoors feel as these Bo Bunny Camping out Papers really do!

also used my own handmade bottle top and material canvas brad!

these will both be selling here on my blog on 1st of May!

I also squeezed in some Handmade Goodies this week too!

very excited !  

here are some flowers and some material brads i made!

Hope to make some more of these brads and badges but just waiting on some materials..

so cross my fingers i'll get them before May! otherwise June!

well with all this said i'm thinking of popping over to Scrap thearpy Forum to see

what challenges are on for April!
